You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
n33 may require you to submit identity documents ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC" verification) at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or upon any transaction flagged for compliance review. Accepted Philippine identity documents include a valid passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS card, PhilSys National ID, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. n33 will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted from your account is your responsibility. You must notify n33 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
n33 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in the funds being held pending investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the n33 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security, or interruption of service due to maintenance, network failure, or force majeure events.
n33's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
n33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, with a minimum notice period of 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (including typographic corrections or clarifications that do not alter user rights) may be made without prior notice. Continued use of n33 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to engage in a 30-day good-faith mediation process.
